A few words about me
My name is Mateusz Koperski and for over five years I have been providing performance marketing consulting services to small and medium-sized enterprises, corporations in the e-commerce segment, and service companies.
Who am I, really?
I am a passionate person, and this is not just a slogan — I am someone who implements my own projects and only then, learning from my mistakes, translates my experience into advice for entrepreneurs who want to develop their businesses.
I gained experience in the industry while working at the Pirk Spark marketing agency, implementing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Ceneo Ads campaigns, acting as a kind of e-commerce manager for my clients.
Importantly, I am implementing my own e-commerce project, my little baby in the digital world, namely Military24.pl, whose market share allows it to rank in the TOP 4 in its industry.
I provide training and consulting for small, medium-sized enterprises and large corporations, sharing my knowledge of e-commerce analytics and performance campaign implementation.

Questions and answers (FAQ)
1. Do I have to choose a cooperation package?
You don't have to, this is just a general overview of the potential budget development and assumptions that you receive as part of this 🙂 We start with levels tailored to your business according to the media plan for cooperation. All assumptions must be accepted by you at least one month before the start of the next month of cooperation.
2. When do we create a marketing strategy?
After signing the contract, we begin developing a shortened or full workshop action strategy. This process allows us to set short-term (3 months) and long-term (6-12 months) business goals. This allows us to control the entire business.
3. How long is the contract signed for?
The agreement is signed for an indefinite period with a 30-day notice period. We won't be using this for a long time, but the option is always there. 🙂
4. Will my project be assigned to the entire project team?
Yes, regardless of the level of cooperation, the entire implementation team joins the project team. We are here to help you develop growth marketing, and you can benefit from our knowledge. Do you need a graphic designer or video master? We will estimate the scope of work and prepare the appropriate cooperation environment.
5. How we will report on our work during the collaboration
Firstly, we have weekly summaries – these are video statuses on Slack, where we discuss the current progress of the project.
Secondly, we communicate from 9am to 5pm, 5 days a week on Slack, to which you have full access.
Thirdly, all reports are dynamic, which means that you can view the results of work from each collaboration channel on a daily basis.
